2. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced)

No Sample Pack Reselling: You cannot chop, loop, or isolate samples from our audio assets to create a competing sound library, loop pack, or construction kit intended for resale.

Violation of any Prohibited Uses immediately revokes your usage license, and we reserve the right to issue standard copyright takedown requests (DMCA notices) on platforms hosting the violating content.
